Smooothie
Does chocolate milk come from chocolate cows? Smooothie, our bovine friend, has loads of secrets up her velvety sleeves! Her delicate pink nose just knows where the best grass grows. She's the kind of soul mate you’d love to spend time with-- smooth, wise and oh, so sweet! Not one for endless chatting, she will happily relax with you and let you be you. Smooothie chooses not to be fenced in, but to savour life in the crisp mountain air, because... Well, life is free and so is she!
Smoothie was first released on Helga's Instagram in February 2021 - and rapidly became Helga's most recognized creation to date. It was featured by Saatchi Gallery, Design Boom, Visual Fodder, Colossal, Laughing Squid and dozens of other art-focused publications and accounts.
This is Helga's inaugural NFT.
25% of proceeds will go to Trees for the Future. It is a regenerative agroforestry nonprofit that works closely with farmers in Africa to help plant trees and change lives. TREES staff train farmers in a sustainable farming technique called the Forest Garden Approach - which restores and protects degraded land while ending hunger and poverty for the farmer and their family. To date, TREES has planted 215 million trees around the world and helped more than 200,000 people.
