Kenakort - AsthmaX series

Kenakort is a portrait of a super-saturated future environment, inspired by the sense of respiratory congestion. Nasty has suffered from a severe respiratory condition since he was a kid. His daily life is usually punctuated by the rhythm of sneezing and the sound of cortisone spray. Kenakort is part of larger series titled AsthmaX. The aim of the whole series is to translate the sensation of respiratory congestion, the feeling of breathlessness, the role and the effect of medications, into a future vision with jarring colours and claustrophobic spatial set ups. 4000x5000px
