SYNESTHESIA PT. 2 - Feelings in Negative: dragon's fire-- passion
The second piece in my "SYNESTHESIA PT. 2 - Feelings in Negative" painting collection, "dragon's fire-- passion" is a 30" x 40" acrylic painting on stretched gallery canvas. This piece was inspired by what I see in my head when experiencing and thinking about the intense passion of being madly in love. "SYNESTHESIA PT. 2 - Feelings in Negative" is an acrylic, abstract, neo-expressionism painting collection that depicts what is going on inside my head visually when experiencing or thinking about certain emotions and feelings through use of dark atmospheres and bright neon colors. Each painting is accompanied by a poem that is written while staring at the painting. The owner of this NFT (digital 5051 x 3705 JPG asset) will also receive the signed original 30" x 40" acrylic on canvas painting (fingerprint verified for authenticity) and the handwritten poem (signed). The poem that accompanies this piece:
have you been to Scarborough fair? I heard the dragon is a million miles long there. her tail arching behind her back, she lets out a shivering roar, four million men could hear it for millions of miles more.
I think you'll find that I'm a pink cloud lover, even in the plumes of the smoke of her fire, burning and returning my yearning for her admired. she laughs in the face of the others' terror as they stare 'er fire burning down the towers, as I stare in awe, her beauty is unmatched, lit matches for the candles of yesterday's admired.
this is what it's like when I'm not alone inside my heart, and someone's singing me love, echoing in the chambers of my soul, the remainder of the dull is burnt out in the overwhelming burning of us both.
intense passion of our finding feels proper, 'til we burn out and nothing is left but the shadow of a monster.
