Plumage

The work is a further development of my recent artificial style-transfer explorations.

In the first step I created a digital drawing, which I then alternately had run through Runway's "Adaptive Style Transfer" model and manually influenced and amplified by drawing outlines with my graphics-tablet. The resulting image was then transferred to a photo of a girl. Next I applied a 3d "height map" effect and manually outlined every single field.
