The Great American Empire

The course of history has been relentless, unstoppable such that "last straws" and major historical events keep unveiling themselves. And yet, our actions are on a pause. We feel everything and can do nothing. We are literally out here retreating in our own hopeful struggles, trying to defeat a global plague, while in real-time, witnessing an empire fall and seeing the emergence of the post-American era.
