In the middle of nowhere, a lonely person stands in a phone booth to avoid the pouring rain. He is thinking if he should call someone from this phone booth, he is trying to get to someone... Who is the 'someone'? Why does he want to call them from a phone booth?

The isolated phone booth, the pouring rain and the flood water are metaphors, they represent the ocean of emotions of the protagonist.
