A common example of a statement that shows human vulnerability: "I am afraid to be left all alone." People love vulnerability. Many people easily fall in love if you would just reveal the real you. People tend to withdraw to the idea that they have to appear stable and look "just fine", that they have it all together. People, unknowingly, prefer a level of impression management, mild fakery over vulnerability. At the same time, in the same breath, they demand: "Why don't people just be real, and just be who they are?" They can't, because of this: "If the world knew who I really am, perhaps, I might no longer be loved."
