This work is a portrait of a Budgie-Sattva; a play upon the words budgie (parrot) and bodhisattva (in Buddhism a being on the path toward enlightenment). The boy is seen wearing a hat composed of his mind. On one side is a radial dark eye, and flower-like projections which sway and move, releasing spores. In the middle is a rigid surface, moving ever so slightly. On the right side, it exhibits a rainbow of illumination and a regular drip of water. The boy's shirt is filled with moving flowers, and budgies accompanying him, and adorning him with their illuminated presence.
