Reinterpretation: Virgin Mary - Reinterpretation

A reinterpretation of This Seated Virgin Mary (also known as 'Mater dolorosa' or 'Seated Virgin of Sorrows') by Germain Pilon, (1586) This series reimagines historical and biblical folklore through the lens of modern media, distorted and ambiguous to the audience which facet of the work is correct, and which is falsely interpreted, if either.
