- the Dimensional Scrapyard - SPACE DRONE NR. 1

• the Dimensional Scrapyard - SPACE DRONE NR. 1

SPACE DRONE is an Artificial Intelligence that we designed to explore those parts of the Multiverse that are particularly hazardous to the fragile human body. In essence SPACE DRONE exists as 'code' but it has a multitude of robotic bodies at its disposal so it can interact with the “real” world. A while ago, when SPACE DRONE was on a mission to explore a particularly Mysterious part of space called ‘the Default network’, something strange happened... We still haven’t figured out exactly what caused it, but SPACE DRONE came back from this mission fully conscious! Even though we do not have an abundance of experience with sentient artificial beings, we always expected them to have a calm and obedient demeanor, well that was wrong! SPACE DRONE is much more interested in testing the boundaries of its hardware then it is in collecting data, taking probes and successfully complete missions. Basically, it just wants to fly very fast and do acrobatics all the time. We think that as SPACE DRONE has only been conscious for a short while, it is in full Blown artificial puberty at the moment. We really hope it is just a phase!

The SPACE DRONE series contain the visual data records of the missions that SPACE DRONE has (more or less successfully) executed, after becoming sentient.

NR. 1 of the SPACE DRONE series

– the Dimensional Scrapyard –

This is the first mission that SPACE DRONE was sent on after becoming sentient. The Dimensional Scrapyard has been a mythical theory among us human scientists for years. This theory came in existence After SPACE DRONE discovered four identical black-holes on a previous mission. We though it was possible that the four identical Black-Holes all led to a legendary Dark dimension known as ‘the Dimensional scrapyard’ Because it is called that, our theory is that these four black-holes basically exist to keep this part of the universe nice and tidy, and that these four Black-holes suck up the trash and abandoned Tech. that impetuous aliens left flying around.

-Mission objective: SPACE DRONE was asked to find (and if found, explore) the Dimensional Scrapyard. We also Asked it nicely not to mess around and take this mission serious.
