Basically a Saint

I was working on this one a while back. It started as a light study as I never feel comfortable doing light from imagination only. I mean I still do it but I am very rarely satisfied with the result xD At the same time I was reading through some old DC comics issues featuring Poison Ivy, one of my favourite villains in this universe so naturally the girl on this photo ended up being a redhead in green clothing. The background was orange at first but I couldn’t decide between that and painting the sky so couple of my friends (my best art critics) decided for me. At the very end I added the halo made of leafs because I thought about Ivy still and if you look from (planet Earth and) Mother Nature’s perspective she is basically a saint.
