Of love and other Deamons

Some books stay for life. You can read them from time to time again and again. It's case with books written by Gabriel García Márquez, one of my favorite writers. First time I read '' Of love and other demons'' I was so moved with it and made several pencil drawn illustrations . Since my digital drawing journey is continuing I decided to make new illustration inspired with this work. And here is one of my favorite quotes from the book:

“This was when she asked him whether it was true that love conquered all, as the songs said. 'It is true', he replied, 'but you would do well not to believe it.”
