The world is full of things, small little things we are not aware of, overlook them and are not grateful for.
Just open your eyes a little more, slow down, take a new fresh breath. Do you feel how the cold air gently touches your nose as you breathe in?
One of the small waterways going trough city of Salkrikaltor inspired by the book The Scar by China Miéville.
It is a transitional piece for me. Capturing me to be more patient, enjoying more the process of creation instead of just results. There is more light, intense sun, with shining white facades on the cool pristine blue sky balanced with the contrast of greyness and darker values on the bottom.
May this piece give you the joy I had while I was creating it! And be the light of a safe harbour in stormy waters.
