Portrait of Neptune

Neptune is the goddess of the sea, her great magical powers where given to her by a seadragon. She is blind, but uses her magic shells to see. With her, I wanted to create a lot of intricate detail - in her face, hair and shells. If you zoom in, you can see pores, individual strands of hair and little pearls hidden everywhere.
