Like a Child Playing a Game

My father was born on Leap Year Day. He liked playing marbles and jacks, riding bikes, and doing jigsaw puzzles. He planted a lot of flowers. He observed a lot of things, both large and small.

This piece was created using a portrait I created in Artbreeder which I manipulated several times, combined with a painting of pink tulips, painted on and animated using Pixaloop (where the astronaut I’ve been dying to use also came from. He may become an infrequently recurring element).
