Who's There?

Some of us find ourselves in new places. Some of us find others in our places. It can be scary on both sides not knowing how you will be received or how to receive someone or something new. You've heard "don't judge a book by its cover," because there's always a contrasting perspective. You're allowed to entertain that perspective without accepting it which reminds me of the saying you've maybe heard: "it's hard telling not knowing.”

I had a beautiful view similar to this one staying in Tenerife, the largest of Spain's Canary Islands, and I imagined this visual anecdote.
