'Emberstyle Guitar Picking' (in detail)

Expressionist interpretation of creative music guitar playing. Guitar players may see this image and relate to the sensation of guitar finger-style immersion, and even feel motivated to start playing. The original (A4 size, acrylic paint on paper, also with ink touches) was made in 2007 as I was recording experiments and song outlines, and discovering a universe of sound accessible via a battered old classical guitar. Some of these later became 'Embertime' outlines (still available to hear on Soundcloud etc.) This is the detail version (1/1) minted in 2020.
