Often it is hard to truly understand the scale of Lake Tahoe if not seen in person. But on the other side of the lake are 3,000+ meter peaks that hold endless beauty and adventure in their own right. A 191.6 square mile alpine lake with crystal clear blue waters surrounded by some of the best mountains in the world, Lake Tahoe truly is a gem of California and Nevada.
