Lyrics
College aluminum 4. Bennington College aluminum 4. Bennington College aluminum four. Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa. I burned my hand really bad one time. It happened 20 years ago. Right over there. My good friend Sanford Merling and I were making a musical instrument. The idea was that you would ride this bike and as you paddled, a long piece of met would spin around and around and around and make this kind of humming sound like a bike was attached to a 10 foot truss. We had the bike spinning a rod in the truss. Sanford was welding a piece of metal to the top of the rod in the middle of the truss. A giant pack of thunder came out of nowhere and it just started pouring rain. As we rushed to get it all inside, my hand grabbed a piece of metal that Sanford had just been welding. I screamed out in searing pain. The skin on my hand had burned clear off. There in the pouring rain. I see. I said, ok. Sanford Mary Leslie, who I was with for all four years of Bennington, I married Juliana, who I met freshman year and had a big crush on my daughter watches the aluminum pour. I explained that it is liquid metal. She says she's poor and wants to go. I tell her the story when I burned my hand. Bennington College aluminum pour. Bennington College College aluminum 4. Bennington College aluminum 4.
