The grey road snaked through the dense fog, and the only sound that could be heard was the gentle tapping of the person's shoes on the pavement. The person walked with a purpose, their red umbrella shielding them from the rain that had started to fall. They had been walking for hours, and the road seemed to go on forever.
As they walked, they noticed a tree in the distance, its leaves a bright shade of red. It was the only tree in sight, and it seemed to be calling out to them. They quickened their pace, eager to reach the tree.
When they finally arrived, they saw that the tree was unlike any other they had ever seen. Its trunk was twisted and gnarled, and its branches reached out in all directions. The leaves rustled in the wind, and the person felt as though the tree was alive.
They stood there for a moment, taking in the beauty of the tree. And then they realized that they were no longer alone.
