SEASONS: Martxoa

In Euskera (Basque language) the month of March (martxoa) means "pruning month".

With the beginning of spring, the snow in the mountains begins to melt, filling the river beds with crystalline blue water, which together with the greenery of the new leaves that begin to emerge, creates impressive landscapes full of color.
