SEASONS: Abendua

In Euskera (Basque language) the month of December (abendua) means "winter month".

Low temperatures, snow, darkness, storms... that's winter in the north of Spain, there are months when we don't even see the sun, that's why many people hate it. However it is my favorite season, I love to go to the snowy mountains and enjoy the solitude, feel connected with the landscape and vulnerable to its power.
