Bored Cats: The Web of Power

A towering, ancient tree stands in the center of a foggy, desolate landscape. Its massive, gnarled branches form a labyrinth-like web, resembling a spider's web. Atop the branches, anthropomorphic owls dressed in luxurious yet tattered suits and capes sit in high positions, connected by glowing, golden threads symbolizing influence and control. On the ground below, shadowy, faceless figures toil in despair, their efforts feeding the tree through roots shaped like hands gripping the earth. Some threads reach down to control these figures, acting as puppet strings. The owls hold scrolls, contracts, and stamps of authority, using the threads to manipulate the figures below. At the very top of the tree sits a single, enormous owl with a crown made of thorns and gold. It glares down at the world, its talons clutching a scepter entwined with more golden threads, symbolizing the consolidation of ultimate power.
