917 (around) is a meditative exploration of translucency and orbital motion. Utilizing p5.js and WebGL, the piece features twelve three-dimensional boxes that rotate slowly through a vertical void. Each form is rendered with soft, shifting gradients—ranging from cyan-blues to magenta-yellows—and governed by a sinusoidal wave transparency function that creates a rhythmic "breathing" effect. By overlapping these high-transparency volumes, the work generates new, emergent colors at their intersections, inviting the viewer into a meditative state of observation where the boundaries between digital geometry and light dissolve.
