Cardcollector Lore: THE WHALE - "Mizuki Okami"

Year: 3rd Year (Senior)

Club: Student Council (Treasurer)

Personality: Charismatic, powerful, and slightly arrogant.

Lore: Mizuki comes from an ultra-rich family that practically funds the school. She’s always impeccably dressed, and her lunch consists of extravagant sushi sets delivered by helicopter. As the Student Council Treasurer, she has influence over the school’s budget and is known for "moving the market" by favoring certain clubs with funding. She secretly respects Ami and often competes with her in mock investment competitions, though she’d never admit it. If you ask her for financial advice, she’ll scoff, "If you don’t have at least 69 ETH, why even bother?"
