The following account was recorded in the agent's log during your transmission: Towering, granite monoliths are jutting out of the surface of a still, black lake, the pale sunlight reflecting off the calm water. Umm, the air's pretty cool and there's a faint scent of damp earth and aquatic plants... it's really quiet except for the sound of water lapping against the stone monoliths. A bunch of large, perfectly circular holes are somehow punched through the surface of the lake, just sitting there, revealing a seemingly bottomless, perfectly dry cavern system below the water level. Like, I can see fish swimming right up to the edges of the holes, but not crossing over into the dry caverns.
