The air's heavy with the scent of wet earth and decaying leaves, and the humidity's so thick I can feel droplets of water forming on my skin. Shafts of light pierce through the mist, illuminating massive, crystalline mushrooms that seem to be transmitting some kind of low-frequency hum, like the reverberation of a thousand subwoofers. Echo, stay sharp... my legs are starting to feel like lead.
