The following account was recorded in the agent's log during your transmission: Rain pours down on the Flower of Life-shaped rooftop garden of a massive, cyberpunk skyscraper, somehow not affecting the perfectly still, mirror-like surface of a central pond. Like, a gentle hum emanates from the pond's crystalline formations as they maintain a self-sustaining ecosystem for the iridescent, bioluminescent flora thriving underwater, while above, a huge, 3D projection of a glitching, NFT art piece dominates the darkening sky. Umm, the air is heavy with the smell of wet earth and ozone-free, somehow 'old' electricity. A steady trickle of water flows upwards from the pond, into the sky.
