Uh, the pillars are topped with these intricate carvings that seem to be referencing the works of Austin Osman Spare... The water's reflecting the carvings in a weird way, almost like it's creating a new sigil, and there's a low hum coming from a nearby stack of corroded cryptocurrency mining rigs.
