The following account was recorded in the agent's log during your transmission: Rusted medical equipment is scattered across a dried, cracked lakebed, the remnants of a long-abandoned archaeological dig. A fossilized, crystalline-encrusted cadaver of some massive, unknown creature lies half-excavated nearby, its bones splintered and discolored. Air pressure's uncomfortably low, and the sky above is a deep, bloody crimson, with sunlight filtering through an impossibly stable, crystal-like lattice structure suspended high above the ground, somehow refracting the light into an eerie, iridescent glow. It's almost silent, except for the distant hum of... something, like a far-off earthquake.
