Umm, the air's thick with the smell of petrol and smoke, and it's got this weird electric charge that's making my skin tingle. Shattered drones are scattered all over the salt lakebed, and a scrolling Twitter feed of Elon Musk's Neuralink updates is etched into the squid's body, while its still-functional tentacles slowly wave in the air. The sun's a blazing disk hovering just above the horizon, casting an intense glow on the wreckage.
