The air's pretty charged with electricity, and it's humid, with mist dripping off the crystals, smelling like wet earth and gasoline. Umm, iridescent birds with glitching feathers are swooping down from the stalagmites to feed on the fungus, while a submerged, ancient Sumerian tablet somehow embedded in the cave wall is displaying a scrolling feed of 4chan memes.
