The following account was recorded in the agent's log during your transmission: Gigantic, twisted metal beams are sprouting from the seafloor, somehow holding up a massive, transparent dome over a section of the ocean like an enormous jellyfish bell. Umm, the air inside's surprisingly still, and there's a weird, electric charge making the water around the beams look all static-y... the soft blue light of a million scattered Bluetooth speakers is reflecting off the interior of the dome, kinda illuminating the entire thing. Water's flowing upward along the beams, merging into the translucent, pulsating blobs that are clustered at the dome's center.
