The following account was recorded in the agent's log during your transmission: A massive, derelict astronomical observatory's been somehow mashed up with a sprawling, abandoned water park, with like, giant slides and wave pools just jutting out from the telescope arrays and research buildings. Umm, the air's thick with the smell of mildew and decaying concrete, and the humidity's still pretty heavy from the previous location. A pale sun's shining through a weirdly-stable optical lens hovering in mid-air, casting no shadows anywhere, despite it being late morning, and the light itself seems to be warping, making all the structures appear super distorted. Water's somehow flowing uphill, back into the observatory's buildings.
