The following account was recorded in the agent's log during your transmission: Water trickles upwards through the center of a colossal, crystalline lotus flower, its petals slowly unfolding like they're being manipulated by an invisible force. The air's heavy with the scent of jasmine, and it's got this still, electric quality, like right before a thunderstorm. A massive, ancient-looking stone statue of a bixi, a Chinese dragon turtle, sits at the base of the flower, its shell covered in symbols derived from the ancient Chinese text, the Liezi. The bixi's eyes seem to be sucking in the surrounding light, creating tiny, swirling black holes.
