patrons of blue: bleeding blue

After India’s heart-wrenching loss at the cricket world cup last November, i shared this photograph, still proudly bleeding blue. Now, as India lifts the T20 World Cup 17 years later, the pride is tenfold. Even though I don't follow the sport closely, the joy of a collective victory like this brings a deep sense of pride and a rare moment of homesickness.

here's to bleeding blue, with pride.
