Deep in the hills of the driest land in Africa lives the bull fattener who buys emaciated bulls for $100 and fattens them using hay and a secret combination of natural ingredients. Once fattened the bulls are flipped and resold for $800 to $1,000. It's safe to say the bull fattener is making bank and his bull ....well they are getting slaughtered
