Yurei's playground!

Since my roommate disappeared I see it in the corner of my room. Right above his bed and under the broken light. "Give me a Fuse and I'll show you the PLAYGROUND!" I'm not sure what it means but it's just whispering this and dancing around the weird skull.. all the time! Honestly I was scared at first but. I don't know..it seems harmless since it never tried to get closer...! I'm thinking about giving it a fuse and see if that's it! Maybe it is...What's the "playground" about though?!
