Your Father 2013

I had an epiphany about a new art series called 'The Church of Whatever', during a dental extraction operation performed under nitrous oxide. I came back home and sat in front of the computer for six days and nights. Nothing worth it came out. Then suddenly, I did this in a few hours. Well, actually no, in the beginning it was Joseph Ratzinger in the picture. I had to replace him some days later, he resigned after visiting the same dentist. So now Pope Francis is your father. That was early 2013.

Some graphics from 'Sly Spy 1989', an arcade game by the defunct company Data East, were reworked in the compositon.
