Worm Capture

This is a scientific experiment showing a computer software tracking the movement of worms. This tracker analyzes a worm's speed, identifies every worm, tracks their position, and records information on the size and shape of each worm.

Video recording of the nematode C. elegans thriving in their natural habitat surrounded by the bacteria E.coli as their food source. This video was taken using a camera connected to a light microscope.
