Witch Doctor

The "Witch Doctor" represents a universal shaman archetype, a medicine man who heals his subjects with the power of psychedelic plant medicines from the jungle. He is devoid of one specific heritage or cultural origin, but instead is a combination of all the various shamanic teachings from across the world, many of which emerged unbeknown to one another. The original artwork was created using mixed media painting techniques on a large 40" x 30" canvas. The art was digitally scanned, then transformed into this psychedelic color-shifting .GIF as part of the "Synesthesia" collection, my first NFT drop ever. As one of my favorite paintings of all time, I knew I had to include it as part of the release. Have a good trip!
