What is Pain?

Right now all I feel is pain. I keep telling my self to keep positive and wear this mask, but what really remains? False hope? Misguided promises? I find it frustrating to talk about my real feelings, because I myself barley understand them. Usually keeping myself busy long enough not to face these emotions, or do I mean distracted? As I sit on this edge watching the sun rise I realize it’s time I embrace this new demise. I sit hear and talk with you. I feel peace knowing that this anger and frustration doesn’t need to be held in, but set free. It’s about time I listen to myself and be the best me and I can’t do that without you. You am I as I am me, so let’s take this leap.
