I've written a good few reviews of early VR experiences, so wanted to make an image tribute to the Samsung Gear vr, since it's rapidly on the way out here in 2020, still the dawn of VR. The Oculus Quest is taking over as it should and 'smartphone VR' may become obsolete (unless other, unexpected uses are found.) Next to the early potential for exploring the magic of our (real) reality through VR, AR, MR etc... there remains at this time a huge escapist aspect to VR, so there's some irony intended. What might get overlooked in the future is the relevance of knowing oneself and our interconnection with nature, which can also be a 'quest' of life. But yeah... the exciting future for how we'll transcend reality and illuminate this one, the 'source', awaits like a kids adventure story. There may be elaborate apps and games that take direct inspiration, make it a worthy tool and/or complement our own shared reality very well... For, ultimately, 'what grows within' surely, is that environment, reality and beleaguered ocean planet. ade mc / adespress.blog super-rare 1/1.
