The roar of waves with their restless ripples Crashing against the stone walls with arrogant force Sinking, sinking ever deeper Walking through the gate of rock Drowning and drowning The roar of the impact growing harsher Struck, striking back Rising again in search of oxygen Calming a mind that no longer wishes to sink.
