Wandering

A collaboration between Shinzo Noda and Quentin Duroux bringing together traditional painting and digital animation.

The original artwork is a 30x40cm oil painting of a surreal wandering inspired by the Film Noir cinematic aesthetics.

The animation brings an impression of depth by reproducing the principle used by the stereoscopic cameras of the 90s such as the Nishika n9000 or the Nimslo 3D.
