In 2068, BeachLand Guildford ™ launched Nites @ BeachLand, a programme of evening events catering for the 18+ demographic promising light shows and an open bar serving bioluminescent cocktails, all set to the backdrop of Balearic beats. The clothing optional policy was enthusiastically embraced by the crowd and word of these bacchanalian parties soon spread. Unfortunately, after several articles in the national press about lewd goings on, as well as a sustained campaign of complaints from local residents fed up with the noise, local authorities had no option to revoke the venue’s late night alcohol licence and after only two months Nites @ Beachland was scrapped.
