Volcano Spice Cake

Brace yourself, the “Volcano Spice Cake” is just about to erupt!

It may seem hot, but don’t worry it’s totally sweet. It consists of a cherry jam chamber, carrot cake and pumpkin spice mantles, pecan filling crust, and 3-layered speculoos mount cake covered with vanilla cream and coated with dark chocolate. It’s not eruption without sweet volcanic bombs isomalt candy and crystal gummy. We poured a little gelatine ocean to make it fresh.
