Vanity

Vanity or Queen of all deadly sins is associated with Pride, arrogance, presumption and futility.

Pride has to do with the ego itself and all the deadly sins before they are experienced. The Catholic Church takes away pride and unifies the vainglory of vain glory, self-glorification, pride and, consequently, vanity.
