Utopia or Anti-utopia?

Hero is me in the future. I lost arm in a crash due to a bug in autopilot. Fortunately, I can buy a prosthetic hand with built-in wallet balance. But prosthesis doesn't allow to hold the stylus like a human hand. So I lost the ability to paint.

4th world war occurred, main weapon was AI. There was a collapse of the financial system. Blockchain became basis of relationships.
