UPrise

The project is using the day/night feature on AsyncArt. It is consisted of a transparent digital sculpture formation and the impact that its environment has on the substance and essence of the forms. Humans refract (and reflect) their own enviroment in many ways and they become transparent to the influence of their personality. Humans are affected by the environment and are part of the nature of the surrundings for the others. This artwork is also a part of a bigger project which is using traced images of famous artworks from the past as a background visual layer in a very subtle way. In "UPrise", the day layer is using an artwork by Jean-Michel Basquiat and the night an artwork by Lewis Norman and are a reminder that the past and its products are a part of the enviroment we live in now.
